Fredrick Oglesby, Donovan Carroll and Corey Skelton were all arrested charged with kidnapping today after a female filed a report with SPD. The three males are MSU students and members of the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity. Lieutenant Troy Outlaw said their bond was set at $15,000. The three students are now out on bail. Lieutenant Outlaw also said the three men could technically face a life sentence if convicted. the report was filed last night, and the 3 male suspects turned themselves in today around 2:30 p.m. The incident occurred at a residence located at 411 Scales St. in Starkville. The victim is also an MSU student.
