    Trouble registering Leave

Now that fall 2007 registration is upon us, I think we all know that stress levels are probably going to shoot through the roof. Well, if you’re registering in the communication department, they probably will. Today I discovered that many of my classes are full, and I still have to wait three more hours to sign up for classes. What am I going to do, you ask? I’m dropping out, moving on and finding something else to do with my time during the fall semester. It may be crazy, but if I stay, I’ll only be stuck taking some class that will mean nothing to my major.
Maybe another option for students who can’t find classes would be to bribe the kids already enrolled and pay them to let us take their spot in the class. If you happen to be walking by a puny kid in the computer commons and see him registering for the class you want, wait outside the door for him to walk out and start offering him money. Maybe this will start a trend of scalping classes just like people do with sports tickets.
Yes, that would be a good idea, because everyone knows that money is more important than an education. It’s true – just ask the parking services, and they’ll tell you.
In fact, money is so important they would much rather charge us money when we try to park our cars somewhere just so that we can get to class and learn something new and exciting.
Now, back to dropping out of school and moving on until you can get a decent class. There are many things you can do with your time instead of being at college. You can travel and get hands-on experience with the things that you wouldn’t learn in a classroom. Or you could move back in with your parents and build a strong bond that is way more important than a semester at college.
But you’d better watch it. You’ll start to love your life so much, you’ll never want to come back to school and deal with not getting the classes you want. Since we wouldn’t want that to happen, you could get a job and see what it’s like to work without a college degree.
So forget signing up for a photography class or dealing with some hold on your account. There are more important things to do. There are many options when handling the registration system. I hope that the one I’ve listed appeals to you.
Personally, I’m a huge fan of scalping classes, and I hope that this explodes into a pandemic that the school can’t control.
