    ‹¨ 3:51 p.m. Individual was arrested for stalking and harassing telephone calls made to the registrar’s office.

    Tuesday, Oct. 3

    ܬ 12:47 a.m. Student was arrested for driving under the influence second offense and driving without headlights on Old West Point Road.
    ܬ 8:13 a.m. F&B Catering reported that a three-tier banquet cart had been damaged while under the Davis Wade Stadium.
    ‹¨ 2 p.m. Student was arrested at MSU post office on a warrant for stalking issued by the Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Department.

    Wednesday, Oct. 4

    ܬ 1:52 p.m. Student reported being touched inappropriately while at Ruby Hall.
    ܬ 1:52 p.m. Student reported that a male subject tried pulling up her shirt as they left the Shira Fieldhouse.
    ܬ 3:47 p.m. Student reported being hit while riding a bicycle at the
    intersection of Magruder and President’s Circle.
    ܬ 7:43 p.m. Student was arrested on attempted sexual battery at Shira Fieldhouse.
    ܬ 8:35 p.m. Student reported that his vehicle had been burglarized while parked in the Cresswell parking lot.
    ܬ 10:34 p.m. Student reported that his vehicle had been burglarized while parked in the Herbert Hall parking lot.
