    Celebratory shouts erupted at the announcement among parts of the crowd that gathered to hear the election results Tuesday night as JR Love was named the next Student Association president.
    T.C. Rollins was voted in as the next SA treasurer. A run-off election will decide the race for attorney general. The run-off will take place Tuesday between Aaron Rice and Stuart Saulters.
    Unopposed candidate Lee Weiskopf won the race for vice president. The unopposed candidate for secretary, Libbi Burns, also won, as well as Elisha Blades, the sole candidate for senior class president.
    The two ballot initiatives changing the size of the Senate passed in an election in which 2,096 students voted, a 30 percent increase over last year’s turnout.
