The Student Association is providing a new way to broadcast events held on campus.
The SA is now featuring a calendar on its Web site to inform students of upcoming events. The calendar lists campus and Starkville events in one place. In addition, it also enables other student organizations to post events and important dates for students.
SA Sen. Will King said the calender can be beneficial because it is easy for students to access, any MSU organization can add events to the calendar and students can find out about organizations of which they may not have previously heard.
“The calendar is there so students can see what’s going on on campus and in the Starkville area,” King said.
Students can visit www.sa.msstate.edu and click on the “Calendar” link to access the SA Calendar. To add an entry, students can click on “Add an Event to the Calendar” on the Calendar page and fill out a form online.
