Reflector: I here that you have a dog named Tennessee? KJ: I don’t have one named Tennessee, but I do have a dog. Actually I have six pitbulls. The one I keep up here is named “Big Boy.”
Reflector: I saw you in the union last week with a dollar bill safety pinned to your shirt. What was that all about?
KJ: Oh, that was something from back in Atlanta. It was my birthday. You pin a dollar on your shirt to let everyone know it is your birthday, then everyone is supposed to add to your collection.
Reflector: What was the last movie that you rented?
KJ: Joe Dirt. I love that movie. After I watched it the first time, I went out and bought it. Have you seen that movie?
Reflector: No I haven’t.
KJ: Man, you have got to see it, that dude is just crazy.
Reflector: What is your favorite pre-game meal?
KJ: “Captain Crunch.” I just love that stuff. But, they really won’t let me have that before games, so I don’t eat pre-game meals. If I could pick though, that would be it.
Reflector: What do you do to get ready to play?
KJ: I listen to music. That old school stuff, body and soul.
Reflector: What person would you most like to go one-on-one against on a football field?
KJ: That is a good question. I think because of the intensity he would bring and the intensity I know I would bring, I would have to say Ray Lewis of the Baltimore Ravens.
Reflector: Who is the best player at MSU?
KJ: I think I would have to split it up here and go with offense and defense. On defense, Mario Haggan is the man. On offense it would have to be Justin Griffith.
Reflector: Maroon or White Helmets?
KJ: I really like the White.
Reflector: Cowbells?
KJ: I love them, I love to hear them ring.
Reflector: Eli?
KJ: Hate him.
