Oxford-native band Colour Revolt will be playing Friday night at 8 p.m. at The Garden Center on Highway 182 along with Jackson-native band The Weeks. Colour Revolt recently finished their summer tour with Taking Back Sunday and now celebrate the success of their 2010 album “The Cradle.” Core band members Jesse Coppenbarger, left, and Sean Kirkpatrick are sure to impress with their sultry low-fi bass rhythms and alternative sweet & sour lyrics. The Weeks complete the event with creative karma and indulgent indie melodies from its latest album “Gutter Gaunt Gangster.”
