Jason Mraz will be headlining Bulldog Bash 2010 presented by Cellular South this fall on September 24. Bulldog Bash is a free outdoor concert each year in mid-September in the Historic Cotton District. This year’s festival is the Friday night before the Mississippi State University verses the University of Georgia football game.
Mississippi State will be a stop on Mraz’s tour, stopping in the Cotton District for the free outdoor concert organized by the MSU Student Association.
SA President Thomas Sellers said the SA is excited about Mraz visiting MSU because they think he will appeal to a large audience.
“We really looking into a large variety of bands and we chose Jason Mraz because we felt like he would appeal to a wide variety of audiences and the festival type atmosphere,” he said. “I think he will be a good fit for as outdoor festival like Bulldog Bash.”
SA will release the rest of the Bulldog Bash 2010 lineup in August.
