    • 9:29 a.m. A student was arrested for no driver’s license, driving on a suspended driver’s license and expired license plate on Stone Boulevard.
    • 10:14 a.m. A student was arrested for false pretense off campus.
    • 12:16 p.m. A student was arrested for false pretense off campus.
    • 3:53 p.m. A student was arrested for selling a controlled substance and selling marijuana off campus.
    • 8:27 p.m. A student was issued a student referral and a justice court summons for minor in possession of alcohol and improper equipment on Hardy Road.
    • 8:53 p.m. A visitor was arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor on Hardy Road.
    • 10:19 p.m. A student was arrested for suspended driver’s license and improper equipment on Hardy Road.
    • 11:29 p.m. A student was arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor on Main Street.
    • 11:40 p.m. A student was arrested for false identification and possession of alcohol by a minor on Main Street.
    • 11:58 p.m. A student was arrested for false identification and possession of alcohol by a minor on Main Street.

    • 12:39 a.m. A student was arrested for profanity or drunkenness in a public place on Main Street.
    • 12:45 a.m. A student was arrested for driving under the influence and improper equipment on Russell Street.
    • 1:05 a.m. A student was arrested and issued a student referral for disturbing the peace and possession of alcohol by a minor at Hurst Hall.
    • 1:05 a.m. Four students were issued student referrals for being in a room with very loud music and alcohol and admitting to drinking at Hurst Hall.
    • 12:05 p.m. A visitor reported possibly having a seizure at South Hall on Hardy Road.
    • 7:25 p.m. MSU police were dispatched to the front of the Colvard Student Union regarding someone causing a disturbance.
    • 9:17 p.m. A visitor was arrested on warrants for no/expired driver’s license and no proof of insurance on Morgan Street.
