The Student Association Senate recently passed a resolution
encouraging MSU faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends to
purchase the official Mississippi State affinity car tag.
The new license plates only cost an additional $50 more than the
regular tag. $31.50 of that comes back to the university to support
many projects, such as the Faculty Recognition Program, Staff
Appreciation Day, Scholars Recognition Day, Homecoming activities,
Graduate Salute, and more.
As a recipient of an alumni association scholarship, I know the
vital role that they play in the MSU community.
I would encorage all to show your support for Mississippi State
and the Alumni Association by purchasing the new affinity
plates.
