He can be contacted at [email protected].Alabama fans, Arkansas fans, Ole Miss fans-we’ve built up our opinions on all of these groups, and we know how bad they can be. Would you like to know who has the worst, now, after the Gardner-Webb game? Mississippi State.
Halfway into the third quarter, Davis Wade Stadium began to look deserted. How? We were winning! Walking out when the team is losing 45-0 is not OK with me, but it’s more understandable than this. I sincerely thank those fans that stayed the entire game because they sat through the soggy weather, as did the marching band, stadium staff and players.
What excuse do these walkouts have? We haven’t seen a win at home in a while, and they’re going to walk out on a win! The atmosphere after the game inside the stadium was pathetic, and it was all thanks to those who left well before the game’s end. Thanks a lot. You will never see LSU, Auburn or Bama fans walking out on a win.
To the majority who took an early leave of absence, what’s your excuse? I challenge you to provide a good reason for leaving. Beat traffic? Get to the liquor store before it closes? Whatever your excuse, it’s probably pretty pathetic.
