Mississippi State University Interim President Vance Watson and Institutions of Higher Learning Commissioner Tom Meredith are under investigation for allegations of misconduct, according to a report from The Clarion-Ledger.
The IHL Board of Trustees Thursday night called its second emergency teleconference meeting in one week for 8 a.m. Saturday.
Board Search Committee chairman Scott Ross refused to comment.
Watson was unavailable for comment.
