You’ve won the most coveted position in Mississippi State student government. We look forward to watching your administration undertake some of the goals you outlined in your campaign for SA president.
We like your commitment to academic reform. The push to allow students to see teacher evaluations, begun under Adam Telle’s administration, is a worthy cause.
We also believe that the SA cabinet should be trimmed. Too many people hold too many cabinet positions for the body to work as an efficient whole.
You have big shoes to fill. Telle did an excellent job acting as the face of the Student Association. For the last year, Telle has constantly met with community leaders in public settings, from university administrators to city aldermen to state Institutions of Higher Learning members. But it’s not just the people in power that Telle has hobnobbed with throughout the year. He’s also made it a point to constantly consult with the student groups connected to the SA, from the Campus Activities Board to the Indian Student Association.
Telle has worked tirelessly for the betterment of the city, the university and the student association. We feel confident that you will show the same commitment to the job that he has.
