Chance Dye, treasurer candidate, is a junior management major from Cullman, Ala. He said one of his goals for the SA, if elected, is to provide more funding to smaller SA Cabinet positions in order to create new campus events. Dye also said he wants to make sure the 2 percent food and beverage tax funding that currently helps fund campus student activities is renewed next year. He said he wants to implement a progress meter, similar to Domino’s pizza tracker, on the SA website to track the progress of the SA’s platforms and goals. Dye said he also wants to ensure that funding is strategically distributed in order for the SA to host innovative and successful events on campus.
