As a former executive editor of The Reflector in 1965, I feel I should write this note following the LSU humiliation.
I am embarrassed to admit I am an MSU alum. I think it is time that MSU abandons, in its entirety, the football program, fire all the coaches and staff and devote all the monies in that program to the women’s soccer program. Or, if they can’t do that, then flush it down the toilet.
MSU football is a total waste of time, money and effort … and has been for at least the last 40 to 50 years.
