My name is Cameron Cummings, and I have the incredible honor of serving as your Mississippi State University Student Association President this year. Whether you are from right here in Mississippi or from out of state, like I was, I want to officially welcome you to a place that will become your home.

Mississippi State is more than a campus. It is a community built on tradition, service, and belonging. You are now part of a family that believes in you, supports you, and wants to see you succeed in every part of your journey.

One of the best pieces of advice I can give is to find your people early. The friendships and connections you make here will carry you through your college years and beyond. Whether you explore student organizations through Cowbell Connect, attend events on the Drill Field, or get involved with your academic college, there is a space for you to grow and thrive.
