• 1:34 a.m. A student was arrested and issued a student referral for public drunkenness and possession of alcohol by a minor on Fraternity Row.

• 12:28 a.m. A student was arrested by the MSU Police Department for being a minor in possession of alcohol, careless driving and disorderly conduct on Barr Avenue. The subject was issued a student referral to the Dean of Students’ Office.
